Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility.

Responsibilities * Process cytology specimens* Prepare and stain cytology slides for GYN and non-GYN specimens* Make preliminary diagnoses independently of the physician cytologist* Assist with fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy procedures* Prepare and stains FNA smears Qualifications * An Bachelor-level degree from an accredited educational institution* ASCP professional certification or equivalent Nationally-recognized Cytopathology certification or categorical certification in cytopathology* A minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years
