Customer Care Associate

  • REMOTE JOB ANY WHERE IN CALIFORNIA
  •  This position requires a high degree of multi-tasking, operating in multiple applications, and typing while talking/listening to the caller 
  • The team supports Members and Providers in the managed health arena who call in requesting benefit information, authorizations, etc.

Job Requirements:

1 year experience. 

Pharmacy Technician experience

Behavior health experience

Insurance or Claims processing
