Job Overview: Our team is looking for an Experienced IHC/FISH Scientist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities are listed below but not limted to what is listed.The ideal candidate:Participates in scientific activities and initiatives in support of global Laboratory Operations.Performs complex IHC/FISH trouble-shooting and problem-solving, supporting Lab Operations to ensure smooth transition of assays into production.Performs complex IHC/dISH/FISH troubleshooting and assists in leading initiatives to solve challengingScientific problems with assays or instrumentation.Applies and interprets scientific theories, concepts, techniques and regulatory requirements inClinical studies and accepts leadership role in developing scientific approaches.Provides consultation to scientific and operational staff on technical issues.Responds to unscheduled deadlines, client needs, crises, etc.

without neglecting other duties.Assists with regular monitoring and evaluation of clinical assays to ensure effective scientificPerformance.May provide scientific and IHC/FISH technical training for operational staff.Provides technical/scientific consultation to departments outside the lab (i.E., ProjectManagement) as requested.Contributes to long-term planning and technical policies of the department.Assists in managing scientific vendor relationships to troubleshoot issues and improveCapabilities.Regularly reads literature related to scientific area of expertise to remain current in knowledge.Presentations to clients and professional groups.Attend meetings, conferences, symposia, and seminars to promote CLS’s capabilities withinDedicated scientific area.Required:Experience in assay development for high volume IHC/ISH operationsPreferred:Experience in the set-up and testing of multiplex biomarker assays.Experience in the set-up and testing of automated and AI driven image analysis.Experience with tissue-based image analysis.Education/Qualifications: Required:□ PhD□ Experience with automated IHC/ISH/FISH platform s□ Experience troubleshooting IHC/ISH/FISH□ Comfortable with complex client assay design interactions□ Science (oncology) background with writing report, grants, proposal…□ Industry experience in a GxP environmentExperience: ♦ REQUIRED:1-2 years post-doctoral experience within IHC/dISH/FISH area of expertise.
