Compensation & People Technology (HRIS) Analyst

Job Description:The Compensation & People Technology (HRIS) Analyst will provide compensation consultation and technology expertise to the global People (Human Resources) team and company.

This work includes providing analytical and technical support related to the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of compensation related programs, base pay and variable pay administration, and responsibility for compliance and governance.

Additionally, will partner with Sr.

People Technology (HRIS) Analyst in managing Workday and providing back-up support.

This position reports to the Compensation Manager with a dotted line to the Senior People Technology Analyst.Compensation responsibilities include:* Make compensation recommendations through internal and external benchmarking.* Review job descriptions and propose job structure/hierarchy, base salary and bonus structure.* Manage and participate in compensation surveys (e.g., Radford) to analyze company’s competitive position and inform data-based decisions.* Responsible for timelines, deliverables, coordination and administration of annual and quarterly bonus plans and stock option grants.* Lead the annual merit and bonus cycles through Workday requirements definition, data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of communications.”* Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation practices.* Actively seek out process improvements to ensure effective execution of complex processes and solutions, including Workday.People Technology (HRIS) responsibilities include:* Manage compensation data and set-up in Workday, including salary structures, bonus plans, default compensation packages, job profiles, etc.* Create and modify reports and dashboards; ensure accuracy and final quality review of all reports and provide additional analysis as needed.* Provide back-up support to the Senior People Technology (HRIS) Analyst including issue resolution, project assistance, integration trouble-shooting, business process configuration, etc.* Assist with Workday upgrades, patches, enhancements, testing, validation and overall performance management of the system.Education and Experience Requirements:* 3+ years of compensation experience in a corporate environment; global experience is a plus.* Experience working in and/or supporting an HRIS; Workday-specific experience is preferred.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or applicable experience.* Knowledge of basic market pricing principles and techniques, merit/bonus planning activity, data analysis and validation/audit.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform independent in-depth analysis and audits.* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (including vlookups, formulas, pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.* Self-starter with a high level of discretion with highly sensitive, confidential data.What you’re getting intoWe’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
