The Collections Specialist is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.nn nn nn nnThis role will be providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
– Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.nn nnThis role is paying in the $60k/yr.
