Cognizant is seeking a strong ServiceNow CMDB Analyst for an immediate need.
This is a client-facing role & the candidate will haveregular interactions with various client managers.
“Remote Candidates will be considered, however must be willing to relocate post Covid” Job Description : An ideal candidate should have overall understanding of ServiceNow platform and basic of asset management (Application, Software and Hardware configuration items) knowledge.
Following are expected from the candidate.
moderate development work in ServiceNow such as developing dashboards/reports, able to read code and make minor changes and troubleshoot issues.
Document process flows, test cases and ability to thoroughly test the workflows and dashboard/reports Working with Technology Owners/managers leads to resolve various issues related to End of Life assets including CI related assets and workflows etc.
Excel data analysis and charting as well as administrative work including email communication etc.
should have basic knowledge of asset management (Application, Software and Hardware configuration items).
It would also be an added bonus if the candidate has experience with Discovery since that is how most of the CI attributes in the CMDB are populated.
TLM relies heavily on configuration items which are recorded in the CMDB, this would include hardware and software installation information.
