What we are looking for and what we have to offer is different We are seeking employees that are interested in working on Regional Flex teams, who will partner with the facilities, get to know the employees, and become a right hand for staffing when an urgent need arises.
The facilities we support have similar cultures, but vary in size from 40 to 300 The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned guests with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each guests assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor.
