is hiring an assistant to be able to scale their business.
We are looking for someone who can handle organizational support tasks to keep us on track.
The perfect addition to our team would be someone who does not wait for directions and dives right in.
We would love someone who takes initiative with new ideas, systems, and marketing.
Our office is in Sherman Oaks, but this will begin as an assistant role that is 30 hours per week.

· Local to Los Angeles
· Thorough knowledge of real estate transactions
· Active drivers license and auto insurance
· Minimum 1-year experience in real estate or mortgage lending
· Experienced with google calendars, MLS, Microsoft, and social media
· CRM experience would be a plus
· Detail oriented, accurate, and excellent follow through skills.
· Excels at handling high priority projects, can appropriately handle stressful situations, and is a problem solver.
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· Experience with keeping all files organizes and schedules organized as well.
· Thrives in a collaborative environment

· Can handle direct communication we deal with all types of personalities

· AssertiveDutiesSystems: Implement and continually improving systems, procedures, and policies.
· Develop systems within the CRM, transactional checklists, expenses, and schedules to ensure everything always stay organized.
· Manage all Calendly links for appointments.Transaction Management:
· Work with loan processor and loan officer to ensure all paperwork necessary for transactions is completed.
· Create and keep track of all checklists per transaction.
· Create and send new escrow letters & important dates to clients.Client Database:
· Manage input new, check for changing email addresses, log closing data in all notes, put all clients in appropriate groups
· Keep a running list of who is in the pipeline and follow up with all clientsOffice:
· Keep office stocked with all necessary supplies
· Ensure the office is organized and clean at all timesPersonal Assistant Duties:
· Maintain the CEO’s personal calendar, schedule, and priorities
· Maintain CEO’s personal phone during meetings
· Keep CEO time management and list of priorities
