Role Overview

The Product Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the content and configuration of these features in production provide the best possible user experience.

This role will work cross-functionally with implementation, product, learner engagement, customer success, and engineering teams on launching the product experience for new partners, as well as configuring new features for existing partners.

The work will occur under the direction of the Product Operations Manager and Director, Implementations, as well as working closely with key operations team members for content and feature release best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the content and configuration of the product experience for our corporate partners, collaborating with Implementation and Technical Project Managers to set and establish timelines for delivery of content
  • Support Implementation and Learner Engagement teams with the creation and implementation of content for new partner onboardings and new feature rollouts, ensuring all needed content and configuration is validated when features are ready to be released
  • Administer all content and configuration change requests across the product, onboarding, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams; serving as the escalation point for client feedback, requests, and defects
  • Coordinate/prioritize/implement JIRA tickets for platform configuration and/or content execution per release window, tracking ticket status and re-prioritizing as needed
  • Assist Product Ops with defining and implementing processes cross-functionally to optimize the platform across the set of supported integrations and user journeys during partner onboarding, focusing on identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Outlining and describing CMS configuration processes and working with tech teams to identify and prioritize improvements on UI and backend functionality

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years experience in content management, product operations or implementation, preferably for a white label, B2B solution
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with content management systems (Drupal a plus)
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize and carry through on deliverables with a track record of always meeting deadlines
  • Product mentality or approach, ensuring that the end user experience is always at its best and of the highest quality
  • Experience working with JIRA or in a kanban process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality.
