Job Description Role and Responsibilities Create Packing/Delivery Slips/BOL – Must indicate Customer/Attention/Descriptions/Quantities/Job Number/PO Number/Date Create pack out and shipping labels corresponding with job ticket or production instructions Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.
Check with Bindery & Production for incomingskids that need to be wrapped for transport or labeled Keep inventory of all packing and shipping goods Daily Shipping Report with tracking numbers, shipping company (send cost w/ job to production) Prepare boxes and skids for delivery Loading/Offloading trucks Maintain a clean, organize and safe work environment at all times.
(Also, consist of sweeping, cleaning up oil or any other debris) Respond to emails
