We are seeking a world-class people leader to work directly with the CEO and other leadership team members to build a best-in-class culture that is broad-reaching across the organization from our headquarters to remote offices and our team in the field.

As our head of people, you will build the team that:
Hires and retains top talent across our different positions and locations.

Builds effective leadership training, manager coaching, and ensures our values are being implemented in everything we do.

Experience / Skills Required
A hands-on executive that can build and lead a fast-growing organization.

Experience in building a hiring strategy.

Experience with talent management leadership and coaching.

Building performance management process.

Experience in establishing the culture and values across the organization.

Experience in managing compensation and benefits (HR) is a plus.
