Ensure high level planning and tactical execution of initiatives so that security measures are incorporated to enable business objectives and service expectations to be clearly defined and delivered.
Responsible for working with business and IT partners to identify and balance real-world risks with business drivers to deliver capabilities with speed, agility, flexibility and consistency You will be closely aligned to our operating company businesses and will be accountable for the overall success of their security programs.
Have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Global CISO organization.
You will support the Marking and Coding Group which includes the companies Videojet, Linx, Alltec Foba and Laetus.
Each is independently operated and manufactures and sells product marking and coding equipment, consumables, software and services.
Primary Responsibilities Serve as an executive level information and product security leader for Videojet Technologies and to support ongoing business needs and enable business pivotal initiatives.
Model and predict threats and impacts against changing internal and external risk drivers by working across R&D, IT and business functions.
Balance real-world threat management needs and promote business outcome speed and agility.
Enable appropriate risk taking with data security and privacy safeguards in planning and tactical execution activities by providing technical security subject matter thought leadership.
Serve as a change agent in Danaher/Opco centric strategic priorities and projects.
Drive forward improvement initiatives with the primary owners, define critical success and failure factors and measure achievement of initiative outcomes.
Perform annual program maturity assessments and periodic evaluations to supervise progress against targets and report to OpCo Leaders, Global CISO and key partners on realized results.
Manage security projects and share a point of view and guidance on security matters for technical solutions.
Ensure the successful adoption, operation and administration of security services across the Platform OpCos to maintain target program level efficiency.
Lead all aspects of and ensure alignment to relevant compliance requirements and security frameworks (IT General Controls, PCI).
Provide input and ensure alignment to relevant security policies, standards, procedures and service capabilities.
Liaise with Danaher Information Security to provide input and help steer on-going program improvements, strategic direction and continuous improvement measures.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technology, management, information security or a related field 10 years of Information Security and/or Cybersecurity experience in large enterprise organizations 7 years of leadership roles, directly leading people and teams Demonstrated knowledge and experience with administering or implementing an information security/security standards framework for identifying, reporting and assessment of risks Capacity to bring to bear relationships and insights to successfully influence others and build authentic and trusted relationships to create alignment and support Preferred Qualifications Industry qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or the equivalent experience Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and to design appropriate solutions
