We are seeking talented individuals who share these values and want to make a direct impact to the insurance industry.What is the role?As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will analyze complex business problems using data to provide insight to decision makers and client stakeholders.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying, retrieving and consolidating datasets from various data sources, and building advanced data visualization on commercial BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) based on the datasets for our customers to monitor business, optimize operations, and discover new opportunities.
Additionally, you will use your SQL and Python skills to create on-demand reports, conduct data auditing tasks, identify data issues, and communicate with the team to determine the cause of issues and resolve them.
AgencyKPI thrives by finding the right people, aligning them on the right teams, with the right tools to solve the hard customer problems which align with our Mission/Vision/Values.What you’ll do on a daily basis:Develop BI solutions (reports, dashboards and applications) in Power BI for customers’ insurance production data setsDevelop internal Python-based tools that integrate data from multiple systems forconsumption or integration with other systemsExtract ad-hoc data from various sources, and perform complex, detailed analyses inof applicable projects and/or on-demand business needsExtract ad-hoc data from various sources, and perform complex, detailed analyses in support of applicable projects and/or on demand business needs What background should you have?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field2 years of experience working in data analysis and data visualizationProficiency in dashboard creation using Power BI or Tableau or similar toolsExperience in configuration of Power BI or similar tools for user authentication, integration with other systems, customization, automation, etc.Hands-on experience in developing SQL queriesFamiliar with Python and its libraries (e.G., Pandas).
