Flower Shop is a branding, marketing and PR agency that specifically focuses on clients in the cannabis industry.
Our team is comprised of entertainment, advertising, social media and cannabis experts because diversity, relevancy, and authenticity are at the core of who we are.
We seek to hire a Chief Digital Strategist to define our digital marketing for a variety of clients and manage the team from concept to execution.
This position requires a deep understanding of, and passion for, social media, influencer marketing, digital advertising and the entire digital ecosystem.
Experience managing many multi-faceted projects simultaneously is essential.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Engage with clients around project KPIs and goals Creates and executes digital marketing direction including SEO, social media, content creation, digital advertising and any other unique objectives Conduct or interpret market research using qualitative and quantitative techniques Incorporate existing competitors, audience and other key market trends into compelling digital strategies for each client Creates client presentations and proposals as it pertains to generating new business for Flower Shop Manage internal teams and define strategy for a variety of clients Demonstrates comfort with the relevant technologies needed to create and execute a digital strategy for Flower Shop clients Pitch new clients, monitor campaign success, pivot to meet established KPIs and conduct reporting after the campaign has ended Cultivate relationships with digital influencers that are relevant in our clients’ space Advise clients about the rules and regulations around marketing cannabis related products
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or PR is a plus Over 5 years of experience informing digital strategy and solutions Agency experience is a plus Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite Familiar with market research software such as Cision Creative copywriting and content creation experience Comfortable reading and enforcing client facing contracts Fluent in social media platforms and other relevant digital channels Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
