Please note this is an external hire. Our client, a prestigious real estate appraisal management firm is seeking a Certified Licensed General Appraiser to lead the valuation quality control team and commercial appraisal departments.
This position is primarily responsible for developing and managing the policies and procedures of the departments that affect accuracy, turn time, and the Company’s image of customer service and quality. This position is one of the primary drivers of the Company’s Strategic Direction. The successful individual will support the sales force as a senior level technical advisor and business partner during high-level sales presentations.
