CCOR – Global Anti-Corruption Senior Compliance Officer – Associate

The Team: JPMorgan Chase & Co.

(JPMC) seeks a Compliance Associate to support its Global Anti-Corruption Compliance (GACC) team in the United States.

GACC manages the firm’s global Anti-Corruption Program (the Program) which is designed to manage and mitigate corruption risk and to assist the firm and its employees in complying with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws around the world.

GACC is part of the firm’s Global Employee Compliance and Conduct organization which provides compliance coverage in relation to key employee-related regulatory and compliance risks such as: Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Code of Conduct, Licensing and Registrations, and Personal Account Dealing.

The Role: GACC Governance Training and Metrics Lead.

The role will serve as the primary point of contact on key governance activities covering anti-corruption metrics as well as training and awareness deliverables and provide support for the Program’s TPI workstream.

In addition, the role will assist in driving strategic initiatives undertaken by the Program across all workstreams, assist with governance related activities/projects and provide secondary support for other GACC advisory work, including reviews related to referred candidates.

The role with report to the Third Party Intermediary (TPI), Technology and Governance Lead and will be located in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the Training & Awareness workstream for the Program including actively maintaining the workstream’s plan/schedule, overseeing the central training tracking tool, developing and delivering content and working with key risk partners and stakeholders on its effective delivery.

Serving as the primary point of contact on all metrics related deliverables including coordination of program-wide metrics collection, reviewing metrics for key corruption themes to inform Program strategy and submission to the central metrics teams for broader organizational consumption.

Acting as a point of escalation for questions and issues related to the Third Party Intermediary (TPI) corruption risk area and providing direct coverage support to the TPI execution workstream for preclearance and periodic review requests.

Assisting in the provision of Anti-Corruption Compliance advisory support across the Program’s other workstreams, including Referred Candidates.

Assisting in driving strategic projects undertaken by the Program, including by supporting the design and implementation of control enhancements and identifying areas for innovation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

At least 3-5 years of experience in Anti-Corruption related compliance, legal/regulatory or risk positions.

Proven success driving large scale and complex projects to completion, including the ability to formulate and execute project plans and follow-up on projects until completion.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise findings in a persuasive manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Moderate to advanced Excel skills preferred.

Background in data analysis and familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.).
