Responsibilities Train, schedule and supervise banquet associates. Conduct daily function meetings with managers and associates before events. Ensure all company policies, service procedures and safety standards are followed. Maintain communication with both the FOH catering staff and kitchen team to ensure guests receive the best quality service and experience. Other duties assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience Excellent customer service and employee relation skills. Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. Basic math and counting skills required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts. Possible exposure to high volume of noise. This individual provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. This individual will provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
