Join the team and live with Verve Come to our Hiring Fair 8/4 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at our Verve Caf at 8051 W. 3rd St. Los Angeles, CA 90046 8/6 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at our Verve Caf at 500 Mateo St. Los Angeles, CA 90013 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Ambassador Maintain positivity and enthusiasm at all times Ensure that a quality product is being served to customers Promote an excellent experience for both employees and customers Have a clear knowledge on all inventory items Cash Handling/Register Operation Welcome and connect with every customer every time Anticipate customer and store needs by being aware of surroundings Take customer orders/service customer needs Consistently provide quality coffee beverages for customers Adhere to caf schedule Follow VCR cash handling procedures Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines Complete all side work before the end of a shift Requirements Retail experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be positive and approachable Well organized and detail oriented Ability to work well with a team Ability to learn quickly Logical and methodical approach to problem solving Flexible with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding and sometimes stressful environment Must be 18 years or older Available Weekends and Holidays is required Ability to obtain a CA food handlers certificate is required Benefits Free coffee at work and employee discount We take care of you Full-timers are eligible for Paid Time Off and insurance coverage per plan terms; all employees qualify for paid sick days Fantastic mentorship and positive work environment
