Responsibilities include:

* Help recruit and evaluate applicant’s skill sets
* Conduct daily classroom testing, video, and hands on forklift driving evaluations
* Maintain and protect ProLogistix SOPs and training requirements

* Forklift certified – Certification by a former employer within the last 4 years
* Have solid forklift knowledge with proven ability to operate a sit-down, reach, electric pallet jack, cherry picker and clamp.
* Experience in using any RF Scanner system a plus
* Clear communication – ability to speak in front of a group of 10+ applicants
* Understanding of basic warehouse functions; shipping/receiving, order pulling, ticketing/tagging, kitting, packing
* Positive demeanor whereby they can demonstrate initiative and provide feedback to our applicants
* Ability to articulate processes and systems to clients learning about our brand
* Ability to conduct training in a competent and professional manner
* Knowledge of OSHA Safety Training Requirement for Powered Industrial Vehicles
* High School Diploma or GED
