Our Mid-Size personal injury law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area seeks a Case Administrator who wants to be part of our growing group.

-Prior experience is not necessary.

We are looking for the right candidate to train and to grow and promote within the Firm.

Excellent Work/Office Culture and Environment’The ideal candidate will help support our Case Managers and Attorneys, and meet the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

-Assist Attorneys in draft demand letters

-Open new client files

-Input data into a web-based practice management system

-Open insurance claims

-Order Medical Records and Bills

– Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

-Strong Grammar skills

-Strong communication skills

-Strong organization skills

-Ability to handle many tasks as once

-Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability

-Comfortable with using Apple Computers (preferred but not mandatory)

-Must be able to work in a team environment

-People Person

We run a paperless office and use APPLE computers.
