Albertina Kerr’s Caregivers are Direct Support Professionals who enable individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired quality of life.
Our group homes provide opportunities for residents to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible with services that support each individual’s special needs.
As a Caregiver, you’ll assist the clients we serve on COVID-safe outings, participate in creative in-home activities, and accompany them to health appointments.
Additionally, you’ll administer medications, teach coping skills, and assist with personal care, including hygiene, food preparation, laundry and housekeeping.
In youth programs, you’ll also support kids with schoolwork and virtual learning.

No experience is required as we provide paid training Upon hire you’ll complete an in-person and primarily socially-distanced three-week paid training before working independently in your program.
