Caravan Operations Corp is seeking a positive and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team in Glendale, CA.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage Glenhaven Healthcare Center’s marketing and admissions, to provide the number of referrals and admissions that are required to meet or exceed the facility’s census and revenue goals, and support key relationships with physicians, case managers and other health facility customers, by accomplishing the specific business goals.Duties Include: Assist in the development and implementation of facility-based marketing strategies and plans designed to achieve Glenhaven Healthcare Center’s census and quality mix goals.Identify, manage and develop referral sources, educating on facility services and programs and clearly establishing differentiation from competition.Regular, ongoing contact with high level referral sources through personal visits, telephone calls, written materials and any other means, which will significantly attract potential patients and business.Communicate current market intelligence to the Chief Executive Officer as well as field concerns, issues and barriers.Maintains tour marketing collateral, and establishes consistent tour plan, readiness, route and back up.Facilitate at least 8 admissions from acute care hospitals to Glenhaven Healthcare CenterAttend standup, QA and other assigned meetings for Glenhaven Healthcare Center as needed.
