The Busser position will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a clean and organized busser station
- Polishing silverware and glasses
- Restroom checks and general floor maintenance
- Moving with urgency to pre-bus, bus, wipe and reset tables throughout the dining room. Bussers must move with care and be detail oriented at all times – cleanliness is a top priority for the restaurant
- Running food with accuracy and placing plates on tables with grace
- Communicating with hosts, managers and expo constantly
- Respecting the facility – picking up trash, cleaning up after yourself, taking the initiative to clean, finishing your sidework, letting managers know if anything is in disrepair
- Helping teammates in the FOH or BOH, being present and aware in order to assist with any spills or special requests
- Knowing your schedule and showing up to work on-time. Awareness and self-management with break times and clock out times is crucial to the success of each shift
Qualifications:

- Maintain an up to date Servsafe certification.
Compensation:
- $17-$18/hr based on experience
