You perform in-depth user research and business analysis on initiatives of varying size and complexity in order to provide insights and support recommendations.
Your recommendations have a direct impact in addressing unique business challenges and your solutions support the growth of the business.
Your key stakeholders include IO business partners, Capital Group’s Project Management Office and the Information Technology Group.
You’ll add value to discussions around designing end-to-end solutions that solve for new and complex business problems.
You will play a critical role by collaborating with teammates to develop solutions that focus on strategy, organizational and business processes.
