Immediately hiring a Business Development Coordinator for a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles, CA.
Job Requirements:
- Prepare foreign legal documents in a timely manner
- Provide challenge and opportunity for personal and professional development
- Submit tickets to appropriate PBM functional teams (Benefit Operation / Formulary Operations)
- Review prospective client information and identify complexities impacting administration
- Assume ownership and accountability to ensure on-time installations, customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify potential risks throughout each deployment, manage all stakeholders and ensure all project timelines are adhered
- Educate existing clients on new features and cultivate new opportunities within accounts
- Facilitating a Learning Management System (LMS) implementation on the client / business side
- Support HR programs (. e., training, bench programs, diversity & inclusion events)
- Assisting with the deployment of telemedicine software, EMR, EHR, HIE, or other forms of technology in a health enterprise
- Deliver implementation services around ERP applications
- Reporting progress of all functional areas throughout the implementation process
- Ensure required paperwork and forms
- Work on site at different NHS Trusts
- Ensure that the deployment of Straight-to-Room (S2R) delivers the intended business benefits and causes minimal disruption to the operation in each property
- Responding to and resolving all inquiries
- Adhering to the company’s project management approach
- Provide direct support to the Operations team in respect to Straight-to-Room (S2R) technology and processes
- Serve as the key customer liaison and will work to ensure that both the customer’s goals and the company’s goals are met during implementations
- Develop tools and best practices necessary to improve installations;. Provides on-going root cause analysis
