Job Summary
Therapy West, Inc., a pediatric state of the art facility located in Los Angeles, CA, has an opening for a part-time bookkeeper to provide administrative support. Must have computer skills and be proficient in QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Familiar with office machines. Applicant should be a good team player, have good communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment set in a busy clinic setting. Responsibilities and Duties
- Process Payroll – timecards, tracks employee sick/vacation hours, payroll taxes, etc
- Maintain general ledger, including receipts, deposits, payroll, payables
- Generating Monthly Budget and Financial Reporting
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for funding sources and outside auditors
- Coordinate with outside accountant on filing of reports and tax returns
- Special projects related to the running of the business
