BOEING: Airline Operational Efficacy – Lead Integration Engineer

The Boeing Company is seeking a lead engineer to join Airplane Operational Efficacy team in Seal Beach, California.

Roles / Responsibilities:* Present professional image in representing the Boeing Company to the customer* As part of the Safety Management System, the Airplane Operational Efficacy team will work directly with our airline partners to evaluate and advise on maintenance and engineering operations* Maintain evaluation standards, coordinate activities with internal groups and customer.

Primary focal point for all items related to Operational Efficacy work that covers airline maintenance operations* Work closely with AOEP Support function and Field Service representatives around the world* Ability/willingness/commitment to do the work in preparation for and resulting from the maintenance evaluation and support activities* Gather and maintain criteria and evaluation checklists as well as airline data* Track deployment of evaluations team and manage rotational pool of evaluators* Analyze existing data to develop operator engagements* Develop and maintain strategic assessment & support plans* Generate reports, recommendations and learning from the data* Interface with Boeing stakeholders including Senior executive leadership and Sale leaders* Constantly incorporate lessons learned into evaluation processThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a ?US Person?

includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):* Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.* 7+ years of experience in program or project management from proposal through execution* Flexibility to work varying hours, support evening and early morning customer teleconference and be available by phone 24/7 as neededPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * 3+ years of airline maintenance operations experience* Experience working with remote teams* Familiarity with SMS/QMS processes* Working knowledge of Airline Operations (i.E., Maintenance Control Center, Line Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Parts, or Quality Assurance.
