Our values are to inspire creativity and learn from the diversity and experience of our peers.How Youll ContributeReporting to the Director of Digital Practice, the BIM Technologist will drive our efforts to grow Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) integration, primarily focused on training to increase user engagement and adoption.
Responsible for leveraging data to continuously measure and optimize HMCs Cloud First efforts.
The BIM Technologist will maintain automation platforms, including tool integration, adoption, acquisitions, and ongoing support.
The BIM Technologist will lead HMCs Model Performance Ecosystem (MPE).What Youll Accomplish* Set a strategy for the continued Cloud First adoption for all projects at HMC.* Engage with project teams to fill challenging gaps in adoption of ACC.* Acquire, administer, maintain, and manage ACC accounts for the firm.* Increase project team adoption of ACC modules through active engagement and training.* Analyze data from multiple sources to track ACC adoption and project performance.* Set a standard way for BIM Technology to setup projects in alignment with the BIM Execution Plan.* Alongside Standards Task Force and Content Manager, develop a strategy for Autodesk Collections upgrade and template development.* Engage with Clarity Champions to fill challenging gaps in adoption of Imaginit Clarity across all projects.* Administer, maintain, and manage Imaginit Clarity accounts for the firm.* Maintain Unifi Project Analytics and its integration with project startups.* Publish model performance reports to all project teams.* Lead project model upgrades and ACC project migrations.* Be a strong ambassador for HMC DP internally and outside the firm.* Lead and participate in various technology-related R+D efforts and special projects.* Support Director of Digital Practice in technology acquisition, contract review, and renewals to reduce cost, increase adoption, and track ROI.What Youll Bring* The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent career experience.* Preferred 5-8 years in an architectural or engineering practice experience working on a large scale, complex projects in the areas of Healthcare, Education, or Civic.* Have a practical understanding of the Design and Delivery process.* An exceptional ability to demonstrate proficiency in Autodesk Revit.* Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud.* Ability to build Dynamo scripts.* Familiarity with Imaginit Clarity platform is a plus.* Know how to leverage business intelligence data and platforms such as PowerBI.* Experience with training professionals in technology tools and concepts.* Have the ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly.* Have a solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud.* Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to keep an audience engaged.* A passion for technology and a problem-solving mantra.* Programming and scripting language preferred; C#, C++, Python.* Have the capacity to work independently within a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment.* Possess strong organizational skills and is enthusiastic and flexible.* Know what the fastest Kessel Run was.
