Someone curious, creative, willing to work outside of established processes when needed, and willing to learn all aspects of benefits administration and areas that are impacted when this service is in place as well as be responsible for them.
Basic knowledge of human resources and the benefits of the industry is beneficial.
· Serve in a consultative design role and work closely with Circle Team to proactively identify a creative technology solution that supports the overall health and welfare plan strategy for our clients
· Serve as a subject matter expert and act as technical support for any internal and external parties
· Assist Circle Team in managing Client relationships throughout projects and set proper expectations
· Effectively communicate the value of our services to clients, employees, prospects, partners, etc.
and improve client retention by maintaining or improving service delivery to customers
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve current processes and help train on technology, willing to give and receive feedback professionally and respectfully
· Contribute to strategic processes and procedures of the team and help keep documentation up to date
· Focus on building efficiencies, eliminating waste within team processes, and automating tasks wherever possible
· Train and develop new and existing team members
· Be aware of technology providers in the market to stay abreast of their offerings
· Interact with other Alera partners to develop AleraEdge offerings by clearly defining roles and responsibilities, timeframes, documentation, etc.
for a positive onboarding experience
· Review and analyze current technology partner updates and new offerings; implement as needed internally or externally and keep documentation up to date
· Be a liaison with technology partners by attending calls and helping to manage the relationship
· Analyze and digest business and technical requirements as provided by multiple sources; may be assigned special projects throughout the year
· Oversee onboarding and offboarding of clients; work with peers to keep the consistent and positive experience for external and internal parties
· Provide regular reporting on team statistics to Director
· Participate in sales-related activities that help our business grow Qualifications
· Demonstrated analytical, technical, and computer skills (i.e.
Excel, Microsoft Office)
· Experience with Employee Navigator, a plus
· Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to internal and external audiences
· Serve in a client-facing role
· Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems
· Ability to create and manage action item list for self and others where items pertain to work involving the department
· Highly organized and able to prioritize
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with copious amounts of data and identify even the smallest of discrepancies, organize data and summarize findings
· Maintain confidentiality and security of all corporate information, and adhere to strict privacy standards including regulatory requirements (HIPAA)
· Follow policies and procedures without deviation
· Perform additional duties and functions as required to accommodate business needs
