Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 5 days/week 40/Hours/week
Location: Los Angeles , CA  
Duration: 6 months (Contract possibility to convert Full time)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The temp labor assignment is up to 3-6mos and the work schedule is a 9/80 schedule starting as early as 7:30am – 5:00 and one hour lunch with every other Friday off. 

The ADMIN ASSISTANT (I) will be working in office. 
*Masks must be worn while working at MWD
 
The Temp Labor Requisition Request form for this position is attached.  We’re requesting the candidate will be professional, organized, strong written and verbal communication. 
 
This position is being requested to assist the Real Property Group with general administrative tasks.  
 
Someone with prior medium to high level administrative experience is preferred.
 
MUST HAVE experience listed below:

  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents from rough draft; arrange material into proper format and create basic spreadsheet.
  • Answer phones for the Office of the Group and Section Managers.
  • Provide calendaring Teams & Zoom.
  • Maintain files, records, reports.
  • Orders and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with office scanning project to move paper files to cloud based formats.
  • Performs other related Administrative Assistant job duties as required (Including: formatting, editing emails and notes).
