We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Corporate Office in Granada Hills, CA.

Job Description

 

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and handling our company’s general administrative activities. 

 

Responsibilities

·         Ability to manage deadlines

·         Ability to provide information to prospective employees;

·         Ability to work Independently

·         Accounts Payable

·         Accounts Receivable

·         Billing

·         Collections

·         Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

·         Data Entry

·         Human Resources

·         Maintain employee records

·         Manage filing system

·         Prepare new employee files

·         Prioritize Tasks and follow-through to completion

·         QuickBooks (preferred)

·         Recruiting

·         Maintain employee records

·         Manage filing system

 

Job Requirements:

  •        Minimum 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Knowledge of JCAHO & HIPAA regulations
  • Extremely organized & detail oriented
  • Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.
  • Exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
  • Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

 Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Medical Assistant or Medical Administrative Assistant Certification
  • Typing skills 50+wpm
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills

  • We are only looking for local candidates at this time.
