This team is responsible for Direct Pricing Proposals, Pricing Tools Maintenance as well as associated audits.

The team is also responsible for interfacing with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and supporting other government audits and ad-hoc requests.

This position will work directly with and report to the Pricing Manager managing direct proposal efforts from Request for Proposal (RFP) through contract award.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining DFARS business system compliance, including being the liaison between NGES and DCAA/DCMA for business system audits.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of proposal processes and procedures.

In addition, experience working with cross-functional teams to develop quality proposals in a timely manner is preferred.

Candidate will be expected to compile cost, schedule and technical data int comliant proposal packages that meet all proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies and Government regulations.

This role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, strong analytical and communication skills, and understanding of the latest TINA and FAR requirements that impact our proposal process.

We are looking for an individual that is proactive and can provide process improvements to maximize efficiencies in pricing.**This position can be filled by either a Principal Pricing Analyst or Senior Principal Pricing Analyst depending on the candidate’s qualifications** Basic Qualifications: Principal Pricing AnalystBachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with a minimum of 6 years of business, program or estimating experience, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent verbal and writen communications skills.Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.Knowledge of TINA and FAR requirements.Knowledge of DCMA/DCAA Audits including DFARS Business Systems.Sr.

Principal Pricing AnalystBachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with a minimum of 10 years of business, program or estimating experience, or 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.Experience leading proposal efforts and working effectively with executive management.Knowledge of TINA and FAR requirements.Knowledge of DCMA/DCAA Audits including DFARS Business Systems.Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Master’s Degree.Aerospace or Defense Industry experience.Experience with Automated Pricing Tools (ProPricer, BOE.NET)Knowledge of the Business Acquisition Process.Experience with TINA and FAR requirements.Experience with DCMA/DCAA Audits including DFARS Business Systems.

Salary minimum: $76,000 Salary maximum: $141,360 Total Rewards: Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
