Aldo’s is currently hiring for a Cafe Barista Manager.
Barista Manager : Position Summary: Our cafe managers effectively run the cafe during their shift with excellent leadership of the staff in all aspects of service.
We want them to live and breathe hospitality, communicate well with all staff, ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations, field and fix any guest issues, train and direct staff, and other duties as assigned.
A fantastic cafe manager is attentive to details, friendly, and leads by example.
They are a hands-on leader who loves working with people.
Cafe Managers must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Title: Barista Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly Reports to: General Manager Position Summary: Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: Great customers, give them drink menus, and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g.
