Your day to day
FINANCIAL RETURNS
Stock bar area with liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, ice, and supplies by following established procedures.
Replenish as needed throughout shift.
PEOPLE
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
GUEST EXPERIENCE
May set-up and replenish appetizer or “happy hour” buffet, if applicable
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
Clean beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assist in clearing tables and cleaning work areas
Assist Bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixes
Perform other duties as assigned
What we need from you
Basic reading, writing and math skills.
This job requires the ability to perform the following:
Handling, carrying or pushing items weighing as much as 50 pounds (ice, carts, boxes, bottles, etc.)
Standing and moving about the work areas
Other:
Communication skills are necessary when interacting with guests and supervisor
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are used at times
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
