Barback

We would like someone who is willing to learn and enjoys a fast pace.
Some restaurant experience is helpful.

Bar Back Responsibilities:
Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws etc.
Ensure bartenders are equipped with necessary bar supplies at all times
Prepare and stock necessary bar ingredients
Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of bar (i.e. remove dirty or empty glass ware, wipe down surfaces, empty trash receptacles, push chairs and stools in, etc.)
Learn about menu items and become acquainted with cocktail recipes.
Clean guest spills as needed
Follow and maintain all sanitation and safety procedures

Bar Back Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 21yrs. old or over (minimum age or over to serve alcohol)
Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance
Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Observant, thorough, reliable and responsible
Ability to meet physical demands of the position: walking and standing for long periods of time as well as lifting up to 30 lbs.
Able to work days, nights, weekends.
