Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Makes, mixes and pours alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant Provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display and merchandise drinks Creates, maintains and checks the cleaning schedule of the bar including the refrigerators (outside, inside, and gaskets), shelves with spirits, walk-ins, and storage rooms Participates in inventory checks and routinely monitors stock levels, communicating with management when orders need to be placed Assists with preparing weekly pars for pre-batch cocktails, syrups and garnishes Cleans the beer lines monthly Communicates new ideas or changes to the menu Places weekly produce orders Provides training to new bar team members, and routinely trains the restaurant team on spirits and cocktails Verifies that descriptions of cocktails are consistent with what the bar team delivers Maintains a clean and sanitary bar that meets Department of Health standards Complies with all food and beverage regulations Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine Experience working at a bar Basic math and cash-handling skills Excellent communication skills High school graduate or equivalent Job Requirements Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights and weekends Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length Ability to reach, bend, stoop and exert well-paced mobility Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to use draughts, wine keys, cash registers/Point of Sales systems Additional Information Benefits And Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K with match or RRSP Bonus program Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Classes on products and Italian cuisine Referral bonus program and more!
