Responsibilities:
Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to mainte nance programs and plans.
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely an d securely.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have :
Minimum one year food service or related work .
1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience .
Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.
