Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo's animal Restaurant is seeking to hire all BOH positions for its much anticipated re-opening. Looking for experienced line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
Candidates must be comfortable in a high-volume and open kitchen setting. Seeking experienced cooks interested in farm-to-table cooking, and looking to further expand knowledge in BOH operations.
