The work:
- Design and Implement AWS architectures and environments
- Design Native Cloud Application Architectures or optimize applications for AWS
- Collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems
Qualifications
They need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the contact center or PBX industry
- Experience building and/or testing call flows, IVR trees, or call vectors
- Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 implementation (preferred in an Enterprise scale environment)
- At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification
Bonus:
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint
- Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots
- Hands-on experience developing business applications
- A customer obsession mindset
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $72,400
– $114,499
