The AVP of Los Angeles Cash operations oversees the second largest Cash Operation for the Federal Reserve System, ensuring that sufficient currency and coin are in circulation to meet public demand. Oversight responsibilities include accepting deposits of excess and unfit currency from depository financial institutions, preparing currency and coin for distribution, and removing both counterfeit and unfit currency from circulation. As a core member of our District Cash Services leadership team, you will play a key role in implementing our strategic plan, supporting the overall mission and vision of the team, and providing thought leadership to the Bank and the Federal Reserve System cash community.
