AppleOne is hiring for the Personal Injury Trial Attorney Position
Responsibilities: –
Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
-Write legal documents, including briefs, motions, discovery and memos
– Research and analyze legal issues to provide advice and recommendations
– Represent clients in court and litigate cases when necessary
– Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases Requirements:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
– Strong research and writing skills
– Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
– Prior experience in legal drafting and litigation is preferred As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time (In person)
Salary: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
