What you ‘ll be doing:
Own and manage all aspects of growth ‘” including but not limited to sales, content marketing, advertisement, and analytics
Promote product growth by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features
Maintain sales pipeline and close new business
Optimize growth funnels through data analysis and client research
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities for our solutions
Develop and execute initiatives to reach new prospects and companies
Provide clear direction for team members by setting targets, prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibility, and monitoring workflow
Optimize business analytics and streamline business development processes
Collaborate with other departments to design and develop opportunities to increase engagement and identify qualified prospects
Use business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling campaigns, and develop accounts on a continual basis
Work with the CEO to ensure all customer touchpoints are consistent with the brand

What we ‘re looking for:
5-7 years proven experience in strategy development and growth in a tech-startup environment
A goal-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding expectations
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Forward-thinking, flexible, and eager to take a creative approach to reach potential clients in meaningful and helpful ways
Ready to hustle with a professional attitude that focuses on implementing our platform across all given sectors
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on interpersonal communications
Strong critical thinking skills, self-motivated, and disciplined
Collaborative working style, detail- and goal-oriented
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work against tight deadlines
Start-up experience managing significant annual growth
Experience working with CRM tools
