Responsibilities
- Lead Jira Cloud instance migration project
- Fulfill all configuration, customization, permissions, billing, management and general change requests for all Atlassian products (Jira, Trello, OpsGenie)
- Manage all Atlassian integrations
- Ensure all configurations are optimized for efficiency across all teams and use cases
Qualifications – Required
- MUST have a minimum 3 years of experience managing and supporting Jira cloud, and/or,
- Certificates (Must be Active)
- ACP-JCA Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud
- ACP-MJCP Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Cloud
