– AAA will value your contribution to providing exceptional service to our membersThe Associate Incentive Compensation Analyst (CA) will play a critical role in Mountain West Groups Compensation Department by ensuring timely, accurate pay for all Team Members for multiple lines of business.

He/she is a valued subject matter expert for all inquiries and Incentive Compensation Plans throughout Mountain West Group.

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the daily incentive compensation inquiries and requests for analysis to ensure the correct incentive compensation is allocated to Team members.Essential DutiesPerforms staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer incentive compensation policies and programs.

Includes auditing results to ensure there are no errorsAnswers and resolves sales commissions questions from Team MembersEnsures that administered compensation adheres to the established incentive plan as well as organizational guidelines.

Ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standardsHandles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staffDevelops documentation for policies and procedures for the Compensation Team.

– Excel, Word (required)Knowledge of SQL, Access or Varicent (preferred)Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree (Preferred) or a combination of Education and Experience0-2 years of ExperienceWorking EnvironmentWorks in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.

May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
