In this vital role you will participate in performing tasks associated with business processes relating to Amgens interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and Patient Organizations.

This individual will perform compliance assessments and transactional reviews consistent with Amgens Healthcare Compliance Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain working knowledge of Amgens Healthcare Compliance Policies and Standard Operating Procedures Develop and maintain working knowledge and understanding all applicable laws and pharma codes overseeing and controlling interactions with the healthcare community and their disclosures (eg.

US Federal Sunshine Act, US State Transparency laws and regulations, the PhRMA Code, EFPIA, etc.) Apply knowledge of the above to Amgen business processes that involve Transfers of Value (ToV) to Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and Patient Organizations Develop and apply analytical skills and tools (e.g Excel, Tableau) to large amounts of data, seeking insights Perform transactional review to ensure complete and accurate records for submission to regulatory authorities (eg.

CMS, State and local Government Entities) Access various Amgen source systems (eg.

SAP, Concur, C3) to gather information required to make assessments on transactions Perform trainings on transparency tools and data capture processes Perform Data Quality analysis to identify, triage and where appropriate, raise business or systems issues needing resolution Contribute to the completion of achievements associated with projects and key activities in collaboration with cross-functional business partners including Commercial, R&D and IS Establish working relationships and communicate effectively with internal Amgen staff and external third parties Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree Or Associates degree and 4 years of Compliance, Audit, Operations, Business, or IT experience Or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Compliance, Audit, Operations, Business, or IT experience Compliance, Audit, Operations, Business, or IT experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree Strong written and verbal communications skills Attention to detail, analytical attitude, and process-oriented thinking Experience with reporting and analysis tools (eg.
