Centauri Hotel Group, USA, Lid. seeks a Hospitality Real Estate Associate Attorney for its organization. The Associate Attorney needs to have a law degree from the State of California.. This position will be located at the headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
*Hospitality Associate Attorney *
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree and a Juris Doctorate Degree in real estate law
* Associate to have experience, or learn from Lead Counsel real estate contract law and learn our sales and acquisitions to work for hotel/resort properties and business-related projects
* Excellent oral and written communication s.
* Work independently and be a self-starter
*Responsibilities *
* Under the guidance of the CEO and President and Lead Counsel providing support and representation on real estate contracts.
* Negotiate real estate contracts/transaction terms and conditions.
* Prepare and provide status reports on transactions.
* Understands the importance of internal files and documents
