Global Workspace Solutions, Senior Associate Live What you will do Lets do this Lets change the world In this vital role you will be part of our Global Workplace Solutions team.

The Senior Associate will report directly to the Director of Corporate Real Estate, and will work as a flex commuter from our campus in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Global Workspace Solutions delivers innovative and effective space solutions that enable energized and engaging workplaces in support of Amgens strategy.

The Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and utilization of office and laboratory spaces globally in support of strategic master plans and real estate strategies.

They will be part of the GWS Master Planning and Real Estate Strategy team to ensure design and scope is in alignment with strategic master plans.

In addition, the Senior Associate collaborates closely with site leaders, clients, and facilities & engineering teams to ensure the successful construction and implementation of new office and laboratory spaces.

Primary responsibilities include: Application of office and lab space planning including basic design, construction, renovation, and operations Deepen knowledge of workspaces through exposure and continuous learning Knowledge of related regulatory/industry considerations and compliance regulations Applies research, information gathering, and analytical interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope Recognizes and advances problems/concerns as needed Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs Establishes working relationships with others across the organization Acts as an Ambassador for the team with a program/project management approach while simultaneously maintaining strong communication across the organization and within the team Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

Basic Qualifications: Masters degree, OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of Project Coordination/Management experience, OR Associates degree and 6 years of Project Coordination/Management experience, OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Project Coordination/Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in prioritization, time management, and project leadership skills Strong analytical/quantitative skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setting across multiple teams, staff levels, etc.
