Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Assembly Technicians for Audient, a major auto parts supplier located in Clanton, Al.
In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as working on an assembly line, stocking parts, operating machinery, loading a robotic welder, organizing, and retrieving stock, and other related duties.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Schedule and Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend work possible, 1st Shift 5:00 AM-5:00 PM 2nd Shift 5:00 PM-5:00 AM Assembly Technician Duties and Responsibilities Fine motor control and strong hand-eye coordination are helpful, as they make adapting to the physical components of the job easier Assembly Technician is typically a manual process.
You may be putting pieces together by hand or using a variety of hand tools, so manual dexterity is a must.
Ability to work well as a team player perform quality checks on the entire process, you may also need to inspect both your work and the work of your team Follow workplace safety standards Production Line worker Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate 18 years of age or older Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds (Lifting Assessment to be given in office) Drug screen & criminal background check Job Type: Full-time, temp to hire after 90 days Benefits: Weekly Pay 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Bonus Opportunity We are also offering a $25.00 referral bonus.
