Help us revolutionize an industry! About the Position A Strategic Client Partner serve s an existing customer base and helps water organizations improve their water quality data management. Learn how our customers are using Aquatic Informatics software products they already own and identify areas for improvement. We use a solution and consultative-based selling approach to outfit customers with additional software and services. Additionally, you will ensure that our customers renew their annual support/subscription services and look for opportunities to tackle additional customer challenges with the Aquatic Informatics suite of software solutions (WaterTrax, Linko, Tokay, Sedaru , WIMS, Rio, and AQUARIUS). Responsibilities+ Work with existing customers to become a trusted advisor and understand their usage of our software .+ F ind opportunities to expand customer usage into new applications, use cases, and other business units to significantly increase wallet share of software and services, while helpin g the customer achieve their digital transformation goals.+ Ensure that recurring support/subscription contracts are renewed each year.+ Drive sales growth within the existing customer base.+ Identify and qualify new cross-brand sales opportunities for Sales Representatives through referrals.+ Provide proposals and sales presentations.+ Network with colleagues in the environmental and municipal water space at conferences and trade shows to stay abreast of topics in your territory that are driving water quality and backflow compliance.+ Travel up to 30% of your time. Qualification Education:+ Post-secondary degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience:+ 8 + years of experience in enterprise or cloud software sales and account management .+ Track record of closing large and/or complex software deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.+ Familiarity with the environmental and/or the water industry is preferred.+ Consultative solutions-based sales or direct sales experience preferred. Skills:+ Specialized depth and breadth of sales expertise and account management.+ Ability to Interpret internal and external business challenges to make recommendations on best practices and improve sales processes.+ Proven independent, results-driven work ethic.+ A self-starter and teammate who is motivated to succeed.+ Superior people/customer relationship skills.+ Ability to learn new software applications quickly.+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.+ Willingness and ability to travel.
