Scope This position requires technical and interpersonal skills to provide customer support and interdepartmental technical support.
Position involves design, project management, and technical problem solving.
Responsibilities Customer support including quote / spec review, warranty evaluations, failure analyses, and technical support Interdepartmental support including troubleshooting production problems and technical support to all areas of the business Product design including assistance with new product initiatives, modifications to existing products, and Engineering Change Request evaluation and processing Special projects as assigned Special Skills Computer literate including modeling (e.g.
Inventor) as well Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Technical ability including design, analysis, and troubleshooting Verbal and written communication including technical writing and presentations Project management for in house projects as well as customer orders Education and Experience Required BS in Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university > 3.0 GPA Preferred MS in Engineering discipline Proficient with Autodesk Inventor Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check as permitted or required by applicable law.
